Lori, I just wanted to thank you for the most delicious and beautiful cake. I have catered for many affairs and I’ve had many different Bakers over the years, but none come close to what you made tonight, my daughter and her husband loved it, we all loved it !!! The combination of the almond flavor and raspberry filling was just perfect and the icing just melted in your mouth. Absolutely scrumptious in every way! Everyone agrees it is the finest cake we’ve ever eaten.
