Usually all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, however please rest assured that should you book a cake for an event, and later that event needs to be rescheduled due to Public Health concern , I will gladly transfer the deposit to the rescheduled date.

Should I be unable to fulfill the new date, and I am unable to find an alternative baker, I will refund the deposit.

Also, should anyone in my household become unwell, and I am unable to find and alternative baker for you, your deposit will (of course) be returned.
Outside of these issues, deposits still remain non-refundable, however each case will be looked at on an individual basis.
